Quente, levemente adstringente, envolvente e redondo. A acidez, essa, foi cortada pelo \u00e1lcool em excesso. \u00c9 o mal dos vinhos alco\u00f3licos: falta-lhes sempre qualquer coisa. No entanto, nota-se um travo muito leve de azeitona verde.<\/p>\n<p>A resina vem obviamente da madeira que tamb\u00e9m tem uma presen\u00e7a suave no sabor do vinho.
