Um vinho bastante enxofrado, que precisa de respirar para poder ser bebido, no m\u00ednimo 12h. Eu deixei-o respirar 36h. J\u00e1 estava livre dos vapores de enxofre e j\u00e1 tinha umas entradas ligeiras de envelhecimento por oxida\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida, mas muito subtis. Um vinho meio encorpado, meio acre, ligeiramente \u00e1cido e doce. Com um travo a carvalho seco, comp\u00f5es uma boa mistura de sabores, uma mistura de complexidade m\u00e9dia.
